Education

EDIT: I will be updating this page soon. I plan on dumping most of what is here into a CV and instead writing a bit about my experience with the educational system.

I graduated from Hood College in May of 2009 with a B.A. in Math and Chemistry. I transferred in from the College of Southern Maryland with around 30 credits.

Over the winter of 2009 I applied to graduate schools for chemistry Ph.D. programs, and was lucky enough to be accepted with full funding at the University of California at Berkeley! I was also accepted into the University of Washington at Seattle and the University of Colorado at Boulder, but the allure of the number one school was too much for me to pass up. Plus there is lots of windsurfing to be had on the San Francisco Bay! Classes start in August, more updates to follow.
